Creston Parkview is located in Fordham Manor neighborhood of the Bronx, located four minutes from the Fordham Road Station B, D and 4 Subway lines and eight minutes from the Kingsbridge Road Station. The site abuts St. James Park and the St. James tennis courts and is in close proximity to both Monroe College and Fordham University. Creston Parkview was financed via HPD’s and HDC’s Mix and Match Program, serving many populations ranging from formerly homeless to moderate-income. Ground floor daycare and underground parking is also available to the surrounding community.
