Linden Terrace I

The Aqua, Phase One of Linden Terrace, is the first phase of a three-building, affordable housing development located at 2846-2868 Linden Boulevard in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn. The Aqua is one block from the Lindenwood Diner and two blocks from the Linden Boulevard Multiplex cinemas. Across Linden Boulevard there is a large shopping center development which includes a supermarket, gym, and other retail. The Aqua was made possible through a private application rezoning and complies with Mandatory Inclusionary Housing, in addition to being financed by HPD’s and HDC’s Mix and Match Program, serving many populations ranging from formerly homeless to moderate-income.
