RadRoc

RadRoc is a two-building, mixed-use, new construction project located at Cornaga Avenue and Beach 20th in the Far Rockaway neighborhood of Queens. RadRoc was made possible through a city rezoning and complies with Mandatory Inclusionary Housing, in addition to being financed by HPD’s and HDC’s ELLA Program, serving many populations ranging from formerly homeless to moderate-income. The site is a short walk from the Far Rockaway – Mott Avenue A Express Line station. The Far Rockaway branch of the Queens Library is also nearby.
